Details
HARO engineered timber has an innovative 3-layer structure which ensures maximum stability and minimal swell. Suitable for floating installation or glue-down installation.
- 1. The top layer or “wear layer” is 3.5mm thick of hand graded premium European wood which has been carefully processed.
- 2. The middle layer is comprised of solid spruce fingers cross glued against the grain of the top and bottom layer to increase dimensional stability and decrease swell. Spruce is an incredibly strong wood hence its selection for the middle layer.
- 3. The bottom layer is a softwood backing to further increase the multi-layer construction’s stability.
